Jay Worley

Jay has stellar credentials in Education, Sales, and Customer Service.

Jay received a baseball scholarship to play with the Trojans at Mount Olive and obtained a BS in Business Management. He later graduated with a master’s degree in Business Administration.

After College Jay worked as a sales and Customer Service professional. He represented furniture and mattress corporations in Both NC & SC, selling such popular brands as Berkline, Kathy Ireland Home and American Bedding.

After 10 years, he decided to return to his hometown Princeton, N.C where he became Vice President of the family-owned business, Ormond Energy. While working as the VP; he helped triple sales and double the account base.

In addition, Jay has vast knowledge in Real Estate. He has been investing in real estate for over 20 years which includes buying, selling, building, lot development plus property management.

Jay is a people’s person that loves working with customers to satisfy all their needs no matter how big or small.
Jay says, “I learned from my grandfather, William Earl Ormond, to work hard, be honest, loyal, and treat people the way you would want to be treated”

Jay loves his family. His wife Ashley is a family nurse practitioner with Goldsboro Pediatrics and works mainly in the Princeton Location. They are proud parents of a son, Wake; and Daughter, Lena Jae.

When Jay isn’t working, he enjoys working out, running, and cycling. He is, also, very active in his community with past activities including HOA President of Lakeview Estates, and Princeton Little League Board. Currently, he is a member on the Princeton Planning and Zoning Board and Princeton Church.
